All products sold through our store are custom digital products. We do not sell or ship physical items.

Digital Delivery

Your personalized pet video will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

No physical product, package, DVD, or other item will be mailed or shipped to your address.

Delivery Time

Please allow approximately 2–24 hours for your personalized video to be created and delivered.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer during periods of high order volume, technical difficulties, or when additional processing is required to complete your video.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address at checkout.

Please double-check your email address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or misspelled email address provided by the customer.

If your order has been completed but you don't see your video, please check your:

• Spam or junk folder

• Promotions folder

If you still cannot locate your video, contact us through our Contact page and we'll look into your order.

No Physical Shipping

Because all products are delivered digitally:

No shipping fees are required and no physical products will be shipped.

Any address information requested during checkout may be used for payment processing, billing, fraud prevention, tax, or other administrative purposes and does not mean a physical item will be shipped to you.
